Kristina & James’ Hampden House Wedding Day
It was a beautiful hot summer’s day and perfect for a Summer Wedding at Hampden House… My second shooter, Helen and I arrived to start capturing Kristina & James wedding memories. Helen went to the Red Lion in Whenover to be with the groom as he got ready, whilst I was with Kristina for bridal preparations at the House. It was such a great atmosphere with everyone getting ready for the big day!
James and his groomsmen boarded a vintage red London bus along with the rest of the guests to St. Mary Magdalene Church for Kristina and James traditional wedding ceremony. The church dated back to the is steeped in history— there’s love in the walls there!
One of the best parts of the ceremony was watching Kristina and James’ son Noah playing the part of the ring bearer. He looked very dapper in his little bow tie and waistcoat! Along with having the important job of ring bearer, her looked adorable.
After the ceremony, it was time to head off to Hampden House, a Grade I-listed country house for the drinks reception. Guests mingled in the grounds and took in views across the idyllic Chiltern Hills. James brother Andrew provided treated the entertainment, singing classics from the Ratpack era.
Kristina & James, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your love story. I hope you have a long and happy marriage.
